We had a super busy Halloween this year. We started by carving our pumpkin, which the kids were totally into this year. Benton was particularly proud of the Jack-o-lantern that "we" carved. I use "we" very loosely. It was more like Mark carving, Benton trying to play with the knife, Camille trying to eat the pumpkin guts, while Haisley was getting her cheerleader suit disgusting. Fun was had be all. We went to an All Saints Fair at Cornerstone Church, and we ended with weekend trick-or-treating with the Simpsons. I have to say, watching Benton trick-or-treat was hilarious. He rode in a wagon, going from door to door. He would leave his bucket in the wagon as he leaped out, running to the front door, yelling for Haisley and the Simpson children to wait for him, often times tripping on the grass and falling down. HILARIOUS. Aunt Ashley bought him the most precious Avenger costume that he looked adorable in. Haisley spotted an Arial costume with a red wig and HAD to have it. We never buy her anything, so we let her win this battle. The red wig looked absolutely ridiculous, adding to the funny factor. Sweet Camille wore a Jack-o-lantern outfit that Nana made for Haisley's first Halloween. We love these sweet babies!!

She's got the cheesy smile down!!
I feel like this is too funny not to post. She didn't fit in the pumpkin as easily as Haisley did.
Of course, Haisley and Benton had to be involved.
Shortly after this picture, that pumpkin busted.
