Benton's Booboo

My precious Bent Bent was jumping on his recliner, disobeying his sweet, precious mommy.  He fell backwards and hit the back of his head on the fireplace.  Honestly, it was only a matter of time.  He gives little regard to following directions or being safe.  He was so brave throughout the entire ordeal, barely crying at all.  I was so proud of him!  He got 3 staples without getting any numbing!
Here he is, sitting like a big boy waiting on his staples.
And a little celebratory dinner for being so brave.  Ice cream cone and tator tots...can't beat it!
This is later that night....nothing can keep this boy down!

As a result of this whole ordeal, we got to find some stats for a boy!
He is 38 lbs, 9.6 oz..90%
40.5 in....90%`
Our big boy is growing like a weed.  He is so precious and hilarious.  To sit back and watch him is too funny!  He is fearless, the true definition of "all boy."  His favorite food is sausage and broccoli.  He does not like to eat grapes or cheese.  He is completely potty trained (Praise the Lord), only took a year :/  Presley is his favorite friend right now.  Benton brings so much laughter to our house, keeps us on our toes, and is a joy to be around!  We love you sooo much, sweet boy!

This picture is after another injury that Benton acquired.  Haisley and Presley are coaching him through it!

Camille at 18 Months

Our caboose is 1.5 years old.  The time has never flown more quickly.  Our feisty girl is already shaping up to be a real piece of work.  She can be sweet and precious, then turn on you in a second.  She adores Presley, feeding her baby dolls, me holding her, eating, being on the go, she also loves going outside and dancing!

Some updates on the angel bug...
Size- She is in size 4 diapers, 12-18 month clothes, size 4 shoes (but probably about time to size up).
Her weight is 23 lbs, 5 oz...59%
Length is 30 inches....5%
Head Circumference is 18.5 in....70%

She is a short little thing.  EVERY time that we go to the doctor, they have to measure her twice bc she is so short.  They assure us that she will hit a growth spurt...we're still waiting on it!

Eating-Camille is a decent eater, but definitely more picky than the other 2.  She loves sausage, cheese, grapes, strawberries, pancakes, eggs, chicken, and yogurt.  She does not like pickles, the other 2 love them! She still gets frozen breastmilk, we haven't switched to whole milk yet.

Sleeping-She still takes one nap per day.  It can range from 1-2 hours.  She goes to bed around 6:15 and sleeps until about 5:30 and RARELY sleeps through the night.

Tricks-Camille is excellent at using a fork.  She is also very good at holding a crayon.  I'm actually quite impressed with how well she holds a crayon and colors.  I assume it is from watching Haisley.  She has picked up a few more words, but is in no way talking as much as the other 2 were at this point.  Why would she, it is constant chaos in this house, no time for talking!!  Some of the words she is saying:  Up, Please, More. Apple, Cheese, momma, uh oh, no, and yes.

Enjoying a donut for Haisley's Birthday

Haisley's 5 Year Stats

Haisley Grace was so brave at her 5 year old appointment!  Of course it helps that she knew she wasn't getting shots.  He said she looked perfect!
Weight:  35 lbs...15%
Height:  42 inches....37%
BMI:  13.95....13%

Daddy Daughter Date Night 2017

Haisley and Mark attended DDDN this year, and loved it!  Mark said that this was the first year that Haisley was really into it.  She even stayed through the chick-fil-a cows coming, which immediately sent her into hysterics in years past.  She said that her favorite part about the night was dancing.  She looked beautiful...it gave us a glimpse into our future!  She had so much fun dressing up and putting makeup on!
